Fifteen years later, we started a business to serve food the same way he made it for us – delicious, homemade, wholesome and made with love. It’s the kind of food that has roots. Roots that go all the way back to when we were kids. And roots that respect and connect the community of people who grow, prepare, and eat the food we serve.
When we were growing up, Uncle Faris would always leave us with pieces of advice – “take it easy”, “live life”, and most of all “be good”.
