B.GOOD's menu features seasonal ingredients, which we highlight on chalkboards in our stores. Cooking seasonally not only gives you access to the freshest ingredients without preservatives, it taps into the natural harvest system for sustainable farming practices, such as crop rotation. All this reduces soil erosion and protects watersheds. Eating seasonally also helps your body access the full range of vitamins and minerals it needs throughout the year.

There are no antibiotics or growth hormones in our proteins or milk, no nitrates in our bacon, and no artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors in our food. Our eggs are from free-range hens. Our packaging is 100% recyclable and compostable. Sustainable farming practices help our suppliers reduce soil erosion and protect local watersheds.
