Hey Everyone,

Ever since we began our quest to make fast-food "real", we've dreamed this day would come. Yes, it's a historic day for us because all the beef we grind here every morning is now all-natural and from local family farms. And that means every single burger we serve is made of beef that's raised right - humanely, without antibiotics or growth hormones and only fed grass and grain.

And since we know the local family farms our beef comes from, we'll be able to know the people who raise the "real" food we serve. In fact, we've already started getting to know them. Last weekend, we went up to Maine, met a farmer, met some cows, and made this little movie so you guys could know more about Pineland Farms and our partnership with them.

Because we start all-natural, local beef today, we figured it'd be the perfect time to improve our menu by making it more local, seasonal, and "real". So, today we introduce a new seasonal burger, veggie, and shake. And we'll be changing them and all our salads every few weeks depending on what's freshest, in-season, and available from local farms.

To make sure you come by today to see our new menu and eat locally-raised beef, we're giving away free fries (or sweet potato fries) to anyone who buys a burger (vegetarians get fries if they buy a veggie burger… we hand-make them locally too).

To get your free hand-cut fries or sweet potato fries, just print out this email (or show it to us on your phone), come by anytime today, March 29th, AND BUY A BURGER (OR VEGGIE BURGER).

No copies or forwards. Violators aren't just subject to paying for fries. They're subject to Kevin, the farmer we visited last weekend. Before meeting him, we were warned by his colleague that Kevin would kick our ass if we videotaped him. Instantly, we knew we'd found the perfect guy to protect us against any punks who try to impersonate our family and hustle us on the day we start local beef.
