He owns and lives on his farm in New Gloucester, Maine called Applewood Farm. Up there, Tim has been raising cattle on his land for the last 25 years.
Tim’s is also one of the 250 local farms we get our beef from.
It’s possible for a small business like ours to buy beef from families like Tim’s thanks to Pineland Farms, a collective of family farms dedicated to producing meat naturally and sustainably. And that’s why it’s possible for us to grind fresh burgers every morning in our restaurants with beef that was raised right, humanely, without antibiotics or growth hormones, and only fed grass and grain. It’s also why we’re able to know the real people who raise the real food we serve. And knowing it’s people like Tim matters.
