While "El Jefe", in its own right, may be a fine name for a delicious bacon burger. It cannot be considered as such because of the role this name played in the 3 amigos film. "El Jefe" is quite simply not the name of the evil 3 Amigos boss, but the name of his sidekick.

As any 3 Amigos fan worth his or her salt will tell you, the evil boss' name is El Guapo. We can all remember the 3 Amigos famous speech about how, in life we all deal with our own personal "El Guapos" . For some people, their own, personal El Guapo is illiteracy, for others it's standardized tests. For me, it's crappy, chain fast food burgers that make me sick, unlike b.good's all-natural, hand-packed patties of deliciousness.

So, perhaps, "El Guapo" would make the best name for this burger as it keeps with the spirit of this applicant's choice while also adding another true element to the name. El Guapo which, I believe, means "the handsome (one)" in Spanish, would certainly be appropriate for such a handsome burger. B.good often refers to their food as beautiful, but with the spicy zing of this sauce, I think you need something with more machismo. This burger is not beautiful. It's devastatingly handsome.

I also would like to offer that, should this name be changed to El Guapo, that the individual who submitted El Jfe be the one rewarded as his or her submission was the inspiration behind the name. I simply wanted to set the record straight. I am perfectly content to spend all of my life's savings buying El Guapos.
